ITF Scotland would like to congratulate Miss Julia Cross who won Gold at the recent European Championships for sparring and a Silver Medal for 4th Degree Patterns.

We would also like to congratulate Miss Samantha Merrit who won Bronze for Junior Second Degree Patterns.

Congratulations to Master Sutherland, who has recently been promoted to 8th Degree Black Belt.

Master Sutherland has become the first female in the world to become and ITF 8th Degree Black Belt holder.
